Description — Collect monthly data regarding customers down payments — Prepare journal entries — Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements — Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts — Draw up monthly financial reports — Prepare analysis of accounts as requested — Assist with year end closings — Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable — Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts — Review and process expense reports — Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures — Ensure filing systems are maintained, updated and protected
Qualifications B.S. in accounting (English section) • 0-3 years of experience. • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
