Description 1. Job Summary To efficiently provide administrative support to the Libano Suisse sales teams, acts as the bridge of communication between the Sales Teams & all departments that would enable their success in achieving targets. Responsible for daily transactions on system and handling personnel issues of contracting with Field Force in terms of contracting credentials and registration at EFSA. 2. Role & Responsibilities Prepare Weekly Progress & Monthly Production Reports. Handle Commissions, Overrides & Allowances Payments. Operation Follow Up. Tracing Contests results. Agents Promotion, Demotion, Criteria & Follow up. Prepare Agents contracts and Agreements. Persistence Calculations. Calculate Quarterly and Annual bonus. Responsible of arranging, communicating and follow up on all the EFSA trainings, exams, EFSA documents, EFSA Cards, registration processes ‡, etc. Adding, terminating and deleting agents on LIRIS. Handling agents files & Hiring documents. Handle Laptop & EFSA Deductions. Agents Attendances & Special Requests (Such as Commission Letters). Send Agent Termination Letters to Clients.
Qualifications +3 years of experience in customer service management / Salespeople relations and services management. High problem solving abilities. Accurate with strong attention to details. Ability to handle work pressure and meet tight deadlines. High customer service orientation. Good knowledge of using computer applications. Ability to prepare summary reports.
