Description —Support day-to-day running of applications. —Testing sample data sets to check that output from the program works as intended. Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions. Evaluating the programs effectiveness. Conducting user acceptance testing to ensure the program can be used easily, quickly and accurately. —Providing training to users of a new developed systems system. —Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. —Write and maintain programming documentation, user manuals, test plans, functional and technical specifications. Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference. —Design physical and logical database. Writes effective stored procedures. —Bolting together existing software products (getting incompatible platforms to work together and creating code to link them). —Anticipate client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand. Understands expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues/events may affect delivery. —Ability to learn and support purchased applications and systems. —Compile with all of the companys policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed. —Manage multiple implementation projects and provide technical/project guidance —Act as the project leader on oracle implementation projects. —Experience in all stages of the Implementation - Requirements, Solution, Data Migration and Post Live Support —Work knowledge AIM Implementation Methodology. —Perform all implementation tasks / activities as specified within the project plan —Handle all-technical issues during the implementation enhancement of oracle ERP applications —Understand complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs. —Provide on-the-job support to new department staff members.
Qualifications •B.Sc. of Computer science , computer engineering , information technology or equivalent is a must. •Minimum of 3+ years of Oracle Technical - Functional Experience in Finance and HR with minimum of 2+ years-experiences in IT is a must. •Excellent Handson Experience in .Net Technologies (C sharp or VB.Net) on MS SQL server database is a must.
