Guiding , supervising , following-up and reviewing of attendance and leave for all the employees of the company and preparing daily journal for that, and registering the vacations , permission and the assignments with the personal cards as well as the vacations card of the employees to control the benefits. * Communicating and following-up the external work with the governmental offices and that we deal with the proceeds of property taxes, water, electricity, mobile phone companies, Property of the State Protection Service and eastern district , social insurance , health insurance and Labor Office &Customs,.. etc. * Supervising on the security procedures and industrial safety and coordinating with the security supervisor concerning the garment orders for the employees and delivering them. * Completing the restaurant tools and following-up the staff and its continuing use with good conditions and its replacement , auditing the restaurant and ensuring the compliance with the hospitality decisions specified to our executives, and showing the increases for discussion. * All the public relations work like communicating with the officials and the external meetings to facilitate all the companys work.
Qualifications - Experience in dealing with Blue Collar is a must. - Strong Leadership skills. - Decision Making Skills. - Governmental background. - Strong experience in labor law
