Follow up the flight schedules to prepare required catering meals for them in advance. * Follow up the operation of the catering equipment such as water heater and ice maker. * Follow up the catering materials required for each flight are being delivered according to its schedule and its final destination. * Follow up the physical Count for the catering meals in the warehouse and record missing items. * Receive the meals required for the staff in Cairo Airport (Cabin Crew, Operations staff, Commercial staff……) and for other sites in case of VIP flights after revising the daily flight schedule. * Follow up receiving and distributing the daily newspapers on the aircraft. * Follow up that excess catering materials (sugar, creamer, spoons…..) after the end of the flight and return it back to the warehouse after its repackaging. * Provide the external stations (Sharm El Sheikh- Luxor - Hurghada) with the necessary catering materials according to their requirements. * Prepare first aid kits required for the aircraft and replace the missing items. * Receive the catering items from Egypt Air in case of ordering special meals. * Prepare monthly reports for the status of the warehouse.
Qualifications - Fluent English - Very good computer skills - Management skills - ability to direct employees - Meet deadlines & supervise staff - Very good communication skills
