1-Receive Calls from banks or cardholders. Provide assistance to cardholders and take actions within the policy set by the bank for EMPs customer service. 2-Handle incoming mails from client banks. 3-Process the clients complaints and resolve them either individually or through other departments while insuring customer satisfaction. 4-Monitor all ATMs and POSs for acquirer projects and track any error related to ATMs & POS transactions. 5-Monitor and report any abnormal events, which may indicate for more complicated system errors or abnormal authorizations on the transactions flow process.
Qualifications -Good knowledge of MS office & Windows. -Bachelor Degree -Experience from 0 to 2 years in same field.
