Talent acquisition: •Manpower Planning & planning to administer optimum human resource allocation and set the needed budget. •Prepare & review the monthly report on the rate of employees turnover and make solutions to keep retention of employee •Prepare and create the Job description , and conduct the job analysis process. •Manage the recruitment functions through maintaining the relation with different recruitment sources, agencies (online and offline), universities, job fairs and other pools. •Follow up and monitor any concern or problem with the employees, trying to solve and/or directing them to the right decision. •Participate with other HR sections on organizing social events, business events and job fairs. •Work on new and non traditional ideas to attract candidates to join the company, and retain people. Compensation and benefits: •Support, manage and maintain corporate salary structure, Job Evaluation, grading system and functional leveling. •Implementing compensation and benefit packages according to company salary structure. •Contribute in the payroll revise and check process. Talent Management: •Talent acquisition in terms of sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for interview. •Facilitate the Implementation of all the training programs and activities, including New Hire Orientation, Leadership, and Soft Skills Training. •Identify TNA, develop, and provide training and staff development programs. •Participate in competency framework design •Prepare and provide all necessary analysis to measure Training and Development process efficiency. •Develop testing, evaluation procedures and reports •Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
