Develop and manage quality assurance, & implementation of quality (ISO-9001), environmental (ISO-14001), safety (ISO-18001) systems in addition to eleven strategies of Quality System Basics (QSB) Improvement Participate in designing sections plan & budget to ensure achieving targeted objectives. - Develop sections SOPs to ensure following agreed standards. - Develop a system for monitoring temperature in different areas inside the warehouse (including reporting), loggers installation & validation and ensure its implementation. - Responsible for Ministry of health (MOH) inspections & details (Checklist). - Design warehouse layout system and ensure its implementation to ensure best utilization of space to be matched with (MOH) authorities. - Identify, design and ensure delivery of safety and ISO requirements. - Design and ensure applying labeling system for different warehouse areas. - Design system for follow up & guarantee fridge items perfect condition (receiving / delivery / storage/shipping). - Design Dispatch and transportation system and ensure its implementation to ensure excellent conditions regarding delivering and receiving orders to reduce damage. - Design security system to prevent unauthorized persons from entering storage area. - Revise all maintenance contracts for cold rooms in order to guarantee business continuity and perfect storage conditions.
Qualifications University degree. - ISO or quality assurance certificate. - 10 - 15 years experience in pharmaceutical warehousing is highly preferable. - Very Good User of MS office. - Very Good command of English language. - Very Good analytical abilities. - Follow up, attention to details, well organized, assertive and leader. - Problem solving, Communication, and leadership skills.
