1. Plan , coordinate , direct and Lead quality control activities for feeders and assembly lines. 2. Plan , organize , assign , and supervise work of assigned staff . 3. Inspect and verify work of assigned employees for accuracy , proper work method , techniques and compliance with applicable standards. 4. Keep monitoring results and KPIs of quality control within and outside the factory and improve it . 5. Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration . 6. Document and Update Quality Control procedures , policy and checklists. 7. Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within company. 8. Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout production cycle. 9. Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes. 10. Investigate and adjust customer complaints with regard to quality. 11. Ensure Manufactured parts and products tracability. 12. Supervision over implementation of Quality Management System. 13. Evaluate employee performance.
Qualifications 1. B.Sc. of Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical/Mechatronics) 2. 6 to 9 years experience , at least latest 3 of them in Quality Control 3. Ability to make sound independent decisions within established policy and procedural guidelines. 4. Lean and/or Six Sigma Certified at least green belt. 5. Knowledge of statistical analysis and control of process. 6. Have good knowledge of mistake proofing techniques. 7. Knowledge of principles of employees supervision , include work planning . 8. Prefer if have a good knowledge on ERP system usage. 9. Professional user of MS Excel.
