* Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. * Leading all residential sales activities within a branch office * Accountability for achieving branch office production and performance goals * Maintaining an active role in the development and execution of our significant local marketing/advertising. * Implementing and managing various programs established by the company to achieve objectives * Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. * Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitors share, and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.. * Create and cultivate relationships with buyers and sellers for future purchases and transactions. * Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
Qualifications * B.Sc of Business Administration – Preferable English Section. * Master Degree in Business Administration – Major Marketing. * A real estate salespersons license is required * A real estate brokers license is a plus * 5+ years of residential sales experience in the local market * Real estate sales management experience is a plus * Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills * Proven ability to motivate and lead a team * Good coaching and mentoring skills * An energetic, positive, and professional demeanor * Excellent Computer Skills.
