To supervise and operate the sun accounting system and/or others used by the national organization, this includes affiliates. To revise, maintain and operate the accounting plan, data system entry, maintenance of the same as well as of the operation manuals and financial and accounting policies. •To implement and supervise internal controls of all assets of the national organization. •Petty cash, checks, cash advances, inventories, mortgage portfolio, etc. •To prepare and to revise the financial reports of the National Organization: General balance, profits and losses / cash flow, monthly report for the area office and auxiliaries on a monthly basis per each affiliate and the National Office. •To supervise and approve the work and operations of all personal under your responsibility (i.e. affiliate accountants, accounting assistants in the national office) •To assist and cooperate with the internal and external audits and evaluations. •To assist and cooperate with the external, internal and evaluation processes, maintain healthy relationships with those involved in the financial processing of HFH for the purpose of protecting and complying of the assets and liabilities (banks, government agencies, Area office, Americus, and others. •To prepare bank reconciliations in both local and foreign currency. •To deal with Banks (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, opening accounts, exchanging currencies). •To design and provide financial supervision and training to affiliates
Qualifications High knowledge of accounting systems. •High knowledge of Window, Excel, and e-mail. •Skilled at organizing information. •Good writing skills. •Good team worker. • Basic financial information analysis (large programs is a must). •Knowledge of two currency accounting. •Knowledge of lending portfolio management. •Initiative to identify and to solve problems. •Basic English.
