- Maintaining a rich suppliers’ database - Work closely with Suppliers, marketing services companies & marketing advisers. - Design internal marketing communication tools including promotions, Flyers, Folders, Calendar layout, application forms & signatures. Supervise over its processing till delivery. - Assist in developing the Corporate Identity manual, & play an important role in implementing it through all company’s internal communication. - Participate in developing company’s copy writing. - Design & Implement external marketing communication tools including marketing campaigns, promotions, online marketing, roadshows, billboards, light boxes, SMS shots, social media channels progress, Newspaper ads, customer giveaways, staff uniform, exhibitions’ booths …etc., while complying with Corporate’s identity manual. - Responsible for following up on Exhibitions’ booths transfer, setup, materials’ compliance, giveaways availability, ushers follow-up, booth maintenance & storage.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree of: any university background, preferred if Marketing, Business Administration, or Management. • Years of experience in the same field: 2-3 years • English Language Proficiency: Very good • Computer skills required: Very good MS office skills
