- Creates and apply full purchasing system and plan and its strategic goals bearing in mind the cost saving concept - Maintain contractors requirements to finish painting & decorating plus preparation to set production line and handling equipments tools - Creates record for all machines inside factory and keeps manual for each to be easy to request any part from foreign suppliers or local agent - Puts policy and systems for receiving and returning raw materials, spare parts, office furniture & consumable - Hires and select department staff as per the company structure - Coordinate with other departments to cover their purchasing requirements to avoid the delay of production process - Convert annual sales budget to purchasing local and overseas budget as per pill of material for each finish product - Get standard specifications from quality assurance and analyze production claims regarding supply patches - Locate vendors of material, equipment or suppliers, and interview them in order to determine the standard specification, product availability and terms of credit - Prepare and process purchase orders for suppliers and equipments manual and via ERP system - Analyze market and delivery systems in order to avoid shortage and maintain tow suppliers at least for each item - Searches for new suppliers, forwarders to cover sales budget requirements and make evaluation for current suppliers and forwarders
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in business administration or closely related field - Nationally recognized certifications - Min. 10 years experience on manufacturing industry - Excellent MS Office skills - Previous experience in ERP systems
