A Human resources Specialist: 1.Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. 2.Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. 3.Maintains listing of approved foundation positions along with assigned salary grade levels. 4.Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms. 5.Prepares paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes personnel file. 6.Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs. 7.Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks. 8.Maintains the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed. 9.Troubleshoots telephone and voice mail system; handles minor repairs; and coordinates repairs with technicians when required. 10.Provides orientation about the company and scope of business for new employees. 11.Coordinates with training institutions to provide new and current employees with required training courses. 12.Oversees special events for staff by coordinating committees and schedules and by staying within budget.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor Degree in Business Administration 2.Minimum of Five years of job-related experience, preferably in a human resource department. 3.Excellent knowledge of English & Arabic languages. Another language is an asset. 4.Professional Degrees as MBA or HR Diploma will be highly considered
