-Assist CEO by completing all assigned duties. -Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives. -Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to CEO. -Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans. -Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction. -Manage and Supervise Sales Representativesand review and evaluate their performance. -Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets. -Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. -Maintain accurate records; including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation. - Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly team sales targets -Use marketing data using applicable sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure all contracts/paperwork are completed and returned accurately and in a timely manner. -Other duties may be assigned later.
Qualifications •An associate’s degree in business or a related field is required. •Advanced knowledge of English language is required. •Computer skills (Excellent).

Other Skills Experience in an external sales more than Seven years. .-Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Experience with customer relationship management software. -Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.-Solid experience in opportunity qualification, and time and territory management.-Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers. -Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.-Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.-Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
