• Assists in carrying out various human resources programs, initiatives for all company employees. • Maintains employee records in Human Resources Management System (HRMS); provides assistance and training to other employees involved in data entry; runs required reports from HRMS; completes system updates; and some involvement with running queries. • Handles and helps with required personnel paperwork including but not limited to, completing required forms for new hires, issuing new hires drop files, Manage new-hires onboarding procedures (form1, e-mail account, bank account…etc) • Responsible for Companys Attendance System updates, administration and producing periodic related reports to the system. • Maintain accurate records of the employees’ leaves and generate periodical reports for the department heads about DOLs’. • Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms. • Maintains Employee Handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed. • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements. • Assist in scheduling and conducting Performance appraisal, Staff surveys and other different company events. • Assists in recruitment process by screening, interviewing and sometimes test qualified job applicants, also assists in training coordination. • Submits weekly and monthly reports as requested. • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications A) SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: a) IT Excellent Keyboard skills. Professional user of MS including ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level b) Education & Training: University Degree. c) Experience: Minimum TWO year of experience in same position. Experience in same industry is a privilege. d) Competences Skills: - Customer Focused. - Accuracy and attention to details. - Planning, organizing and follow-up. - Time Management. - Excellent Communicator. - Effective Team Player. - Excellent Negotiator, Persuasive and Diplomatic. - Proven track of Problem solving and decision making. - Analytical and evaluation skills with ability to think out of the box.

Compensations Salary up to EGP 3000 Gross. 2 Days off per week, 8 working hours per day. Social insurance. Excellent work environment. Experience with Blue collars is a plus.
