Planning • Develop the annual Service centers plan and oversee its implementation making sure that it achieves company overall business plan. • Set team’s annual objectives and provide guidance and directions towards their achievement of these objectives. Operations • Manage the overall operations and activities of the service centers towards the accomplishment of the company standards, methods and procedures and business targets. • Manage escalated customer complaints and take the necessary towards resolving them. • Establish a reporting framework and system that captures the service centre’s performance and enables sound decision making. • Manage the finalizing of contracts with customers. • Manage with the production on the job order flows and follow up on it Team • Provide employees with guidance, directions, leadership, and support necessary to ensure maximum level of performance within the service centers. • Liaise with HR to recruit, develop and train employees to increase levels of competencies and skills within the department.
Qualifications •University degree in Business Administration •From 5-8 years experience in Operation / Management •Fluency of English Language •Communication, interpersonal skills, strong management abilities, and strong organizational skills •Good command of Excel, Word, Etc..
