• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP). • Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development. • Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. • Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems. • Monitor and troubleshoot performance (Bandwidth utilization, CPU, Temperature violations, alarms, and reports). • Configure and Troubleshoot Leased lines, WIMAX links deployments and operation. • Support in the inventory of IT related topics. • Establishing and managing relations to external vendors, contractors and service providers within area of responsibility to ensure quality and profitable services been performed to the agreed on contract and SLA. • Interfacing with different vendors to evaluate and approve technical proposals. • Managing relations with airports, and EAC for IT related topics. • Control the computer systems budgets, expenditures and applications. • Developing detailed project plan, schedule, and progress reports.
Qualifications B.Sc computer SAP user is a plus Strong communication skills Business writing skills
