1- To enter the Invoices into the Sys. In time directly after the delivery done and received the sign DR From the customer To Control all documentations in the Invoice cycle and to ensure that the all invoices send to HO to be deliver to Customer through Sales Rep. 2-To follow up the Manual DR during the closing Period and to ensure that all Manual DRs are converted to Automatic DRs 3- Receive the cash collection from the customer to be deposit in Bank in 10th of Ramadan or to be transfer to HO 4-Follow the Procedures for the Expenses in The Factory and to ensure all expenses are supported with documents 5- Record and analyse internal Usage after get the required approval 6- Administrative tasks in the factory (Milk, attendance, purchases, security follow up and temp documents for hiring) controlling the security guard of sigma attendance. Accountable for the accuracy and deadlines of all reports and sales invoices, while monitoring the outstanding.
Qualifications Hardworking, fully conversant with computer applications, excellent record keeping skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
