- Maintain HRIS linkage to total rewards & HR long term and short term objectives. - Aligning HRIS to HR policies and practices , automating all HR processes through the HRIS. - Act as project Manager in either implementing new HRIS or upgrading the current one. - Ensure recording and maintenance of employee information, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, disciplinary actions, and terminations/separations of employment. - Enhancing the HRIS to enable HR department to correctly analyze workforce. - Key contact and focal point in dealing with the HRIS provider. - Ongoing follows up with the vendor to solve problems and issues. - Prepare monthly manpower status reports through HRIS and enhancing accuracy. - Increase the role of HRIS and maintain consistent outputs. - Initiate reporting tools ( Dashboard, ad hoc reports) to effectively analyze the workforce in an cost effect ways. - Develop reports on HRIS to serve all HR functions. - Increasing the employee satisfaction by providing support of employee’s queries that’s related to HR Self Service. - Proceeding with the exist process for resigned employees. - Governmental Offices queries and forms is to be accurate and easy to handle (Form 1,6,2 & Statistical forms) & employees all type of leaves. - Increasing the accuracy and the efficiency of the attendance monitor process & Analysis
Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as HR Specialist. Knowledgeable of Egypt labor, tax, insurance laws. HR certificate is a must. Experience in HRIS implementation.

Other Skills Working with people/team work; effectively partner with internal employees and external consultants / vendors. Writing & reporting (Determine, Source, and collect appropriate data to facilitate fact based decisions). Taking corrective actions as necessary and coping with pressures. Initiative, i.e. use efficient and cost effective approaches to integrate technology and improve working efficiency. to being able on dealing with big data and be an expert on numbers
