• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents (including, but not limited to: lease agreements, supply agreements, food services agreements, cooperation agreements, etc...) • Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions in respect of various aspects of the Egyptian laws and providing legal opinions to the concerned units and offices. • Representing the University before several governmental and non- governmental entities (including but not limited to police stations, public prosecution offices, municipalities, etc...) • Ensuring with the applicable laws and regulations and monitoring changes to laws and regulations that have impact on University business. • Conducting internal investigations in respect of several types of violations to applicable laws and policies. • Liaising with the University’s outside legal counsel. • Preparing and reviewing translation of contracts and legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Qualifications Minimum education requirement: - Bachelor of Law - Registration at the Bar of Association. -Experience: - A minimum of 6 years of experience in the general legal field - Good knowledge and practice in the general legal field. -Skills: - Strong research and analytical skills; - Very good interpersonal and Communication skills; - Ability to work within a team; - Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines;
