Create and maintain secured employee personnel files that reflect all relevant information regarding their employment. Maintain a complete Personnel / HR filing system that provides information on employees and all relevant management material. Maintain employee’s attendance, vacations, sick leave & etc.. Up to date. Dealing with all governmental authorities such as social insurance, ministry of labor and all related government’s office to ensure all company documents matching the Egyptian work law. Issue employment offer to candidates. Issue employment contract to new employees. Ensure all employees and new starters have a position description that accurately reflects their role. Provide Personnel & HR reports to the President and relevant management on a monthly basis or as required, such as: Staff turnover statistics, Absenteeism, Recruitment activities, Performance review data, Salary and benefits data, Legal issues or internal disputations and Issue new hiring contracts. Handles the payroll.
Qualifications Solid experience in the same roll, very good knowledge in Egyptian labor law, excellent written and verbal communication skills, Know how to prioritize and plan, Strong very computer literacy, Understand policy and legislation issues, Strong detail orientation, Investigative abilities

Experience 4 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Ability to co-operate and work as part of a team, tolerance for stress, ability to manage multiple tasks at the one time, organized, comfort in dealing with multiple.
