Oversee the daily performance of computer systems •Maintains services and monitoring systems running on windows servers. •Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software. • Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities. •Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support. •Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software. • Prepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgrades. •Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Microsoft Active Directory •Installs, configures, and maintains Microsoft Servers and other related equipment, devices, and systems. •Investigates and resolves Software problems at company desktop computer systems. •Analyzes and resolves problems on desktop computer applications and systems •Provides integrated hardware and network software support; troubleshoots and resolves involved system hardware, software, and networking communications failures and conflicts. •Responds to requests from computer users regarding hardware, software, or network connection problems or questions.
Qualifications BSc, in Computer science or Communication. Qualifications: Certified MCSE or MCSA. 4-6 years Experience. • Good communication skills • Ability to investigate and solve complex problems • Ability to quickly diagnose and isolate hardware/software issues • Self-motivated
