• Managing and processing orders (Customs clearance documents, legal compliance, cost analysis, delay, invoice, collection of payments, etc …) • Negotiate with suppliers the prices and terms of delivery, track customer requests and coordination with vendors, • Following-up with suppliers, clients and other departments • Liaising with colleagues from different affiliates • Preparing presentations and typing reports when required • Providing assistance to the Feed Business Manager • Knowledge in Incoterms and shipping rules and regulations.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree or higher in Business with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field • Attention to details, motivation and professionalism coupled with a commercial sense and a creative mind • Ability to prioritize work and manage concurrent projects and multiple activities • Strong MS office skills • Outstanding ability to manipulate search engine tools and search techniques • Excellent written and oral communication skills: English is mandatory French is a plus
