Program Design and Development 1. Research, design and develop career certificates, programs and courses according to market needs. 2. Update and develop current course material on digital platform. Program Planning and Promotion 3. Plan and coordinate the annual marketing strategies with the Marketing and Business Development Office 4. Prepare the annual program budget for approval by the division director, including both income and revenue projections as well as program cost effectiveness in terms of budget goals. 5. Develop new business growth strategies to increase the number of learners and clients by continuously improving existing programs, adding new areas of programming and establishing a customer database. Managing Program Delivery 5. Schedule certificates, programs and courses. 6. Recruit, hire and orient qualified instructors in liaison with the division director and associate dean for instructional affairs. 7. Ensure the availability of the resources needed for effective and quality delivery such as textbooks, teaching materials, software, equipment and supplies. Quality Assurance and Reporting 8. Ensure that quality instruction is being offered throughout the program, by monitoring learners’ evaluation of instruction and regularly observing and evaluating instructors in accordance with SCE’s instructional standards as well as taking the appropriate action based on the results of the evaluation. 9. Prepare monthly reports about the programs activities, marketing strategies, challenges and successes based on evidence collected on the performance of the programs.
Qualifications MBA / MATEFL / MATAFL / MA in Applied Linguistics /MA in Translation required • Strong interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills • Comprehensive understanding of program design, development and planning • Ability to identify market opportunities and grow business volume • Excellent computer skills and use of MS Office applications as well as good knowledge of web surfing and internet usage

Other Skills Minimum of 8 years of teaching / training experience and 6 years in education administration in managing and marketing training programs. Preferred experience in business development and customer relationship management.
