-Weekly One to One Meetings with agents: Discussion of the (ongoing deals currently being negotiated by the agent - agent performance in regarding the status of new leads he received - any problems the agent might be facing and finding solutions ) • Sales Meeting: •Discussing ongoing deals and following up on their status • Distributing tasks; farming and prospecting, on agents • Announcing new policies, rules, achievements, etc. • Motivating and encouraging the sales team to achieve target and putting more efforts to reach targets: a. Attending the meeting with the Sales Director, Operations Manager and Commercial Relationship Manager and discussing new policies placed by the Sales Director - making suggestions of new ideas to improve the business 4. Setting weekly targets: 5. Revising and signing on all paper work issued by the company, including prospect forms, listings, TCRs, etc. 6. Working as an agent: Monthly tasks: 7.Committee Meeting: 8.Revising the DIS received from the Accounting Department monthly • Comparing costs and revenue and assessing on branch performance • Monitoring net profit 9. Setting monthly targets: Quarterly tasks: 11. Recruiting new agents: 12. Marketing budget and plan: 13. Mailing list: • Updating and upgrading of the company`s mailing list 14. Appraisal • Evaluating agents’ performance on a formal basis with regards to revenue, transaction, agreements, showings and discipline. • Deciding on the promotions based on the appraisal Annual Tasks: •Evaluating real estate coordinator’s performance Setting budget for the new year and Reviewing team leaders’ plan
