1. Register guests and assigns waiting rooms. 2. Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures. 3. Know the services offered, types of different available services, and rates applied. 4. Uses suggestive welcoming techniques in order to promote the services of the center. 5. Coordinates updates with departments and relays special requests to designated staff members. 6. Possess a working knowledge of the front desk section tasks. 7. File all documents as requested. 8. Know how to use front office equipment. 9. Use proper telephone etiquette. 10. Use proper mail, package, and message handling procedures. 11. Is aware of daily activities and meetings taking place in the center. 12. Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the operations manager. 13. Know all safety and emergency procedures and is aware of accident prevention policies. 14. Maintain the neatness of the front desk area. 15. Understand that business demands sometimes make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift to other shifts.
Qualifications *Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for this position. *Fast computer typing skills is highly preferred
