*Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands *Manage daily operations of the IT department *Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction *Protect customer data, secure data storage and other necessary means *Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use *Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department and document all aspects of applications and systems they develop in order to work efficiently. *Define problems that the software needs to address *Assist in purchasing the right computes to do a job, selecting the best software for the job, and making a multi-computer business or clinic or hospital run on an efficient network. *Compile and maintain records of patients, report writing, data entry.
Qualifications *Experience in medical software programming. *Being able to interface with technology *Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills *Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously *Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity
