• Greet company visitors, ensure their requirements are promptly dealt with and they are given a favorable impression of the company. • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. • Open, read, distribute and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, faxes, packages etc.) • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. • Follow reservations for hotels and tickets for Airlines … etc. • Assist in follow-up with different departments regarding work flow and business process related matters. • Undertake other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time.
Qualifications • B.sc in business or a related field. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple duties to absorb additional work load. • High quality and professionalism in responding and dealing with diverse clients. • Min.2 year of administration/ secretarial experience. • Excellent command in using Microsoft office and internet. • HR and purchasing experience is a plus. • Alexandria resident.
