General Duties & Responsibilities: - Performs the day-to-day work of Operations by recording received fund’s transactions and issuing fund’s NAV. - Abides by Group by-laws including policies and procedures and grants preliminary approval to the submitted changes of the above and forwards it to the Team Head for further approval. - Abides by the authorities granted to the position as per the delegation of authority structure and any formal changes thereto. Operational Duties & Responsibilities: - Following up and Receiving Funds transactions from fund manager and from the issuer bank. - Record and Report of transactions executed by fund managers on timely basis. - Confirm the daily funds NAV with issuer bank and with fund’s manager and send needed reports to them. - Issue quarterly fund’s subscriber confirmation according to the applicable law indicating each client holding ICS and its value in the valuation date. - External fund administrator relationships, including maintaining parallel records for cross checking with fund manager and with the issuer bank. - Communicate with fund manager and the issuer bank to receive and record daily Funds transactions. - Preparation of financial & accounting reports for the issuer bank and for fund manager also for regulation authority. - Filing of accounting documents related to clients accounts. - Preliminary preparation of all vouchers. - Cross checking statements, invoices and vouchers - Periodically review and update procedures to ensure continuing relevance. - Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure fulfillment of all regulatory requirements as well as adherence to fund’s prospectus and legal standards. - Setup of bank/ brokerage/ custody accounts for existing/new clients - Prepare and print the tickets after checking that the details of trades and holdings - Against the invoice received from the broker the next day.
Qualifications From 1-2 years of relevant experience - Bachelor degree in Commerce - Computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office and accounting application software. - Communication skills and ability to work in teams.
