Ensure that tender submissions meet the highest possible standards of quality in respect of financial offer, technical input and presentation that support the delivery of company and operational business plans. Deliver the bid response development plans. Prepare, review the tender documents, analyze prequalification and fulfill tender documents in line with contracts requirement, best achieve target profitability percentage set by top management and in focus of biding participant parties. Review compliance of technical and financial offers, manage the tender phase from preparing the tender documents RFP financial and technical compliance to final submitted, make roughly estimates for different type of projects.
