•Report to Recruitment Manager. •Handle searching, screening, and selection process for CVs and preparing shortlists accordingly. •Perform preliminary screening for recruitment job applications and classify according to qualifications and experience. •Complete interview arrangements by contacting applicants, scheduling tests & interviews and maintain recruitment manger interviews calendar. •Conduct the Initial screening interviews for candidates assessing appearance, behavior, education background, social level, knowledge with job description, language proficiency, computer skills, and training. •Review occupational tests for candidates including computer and translation test. •Implement recruitment plans and programs. •Update and develop recruitment database and maintain application archiving systems. •Prepare periodic report for the opened vacancies. •Update regularly the company’s organization chart and submit to Recruitment Manager for review and approval. •Design advertisements for company open vacancies. •Assist in compiling training manuals for specific topics. •Coordinate training activities to upgrade skills of technical and administrative employees . •Arrange in-house training courses and co-ordinate arrangements for external courses and seminars. •Administer training procedures and process to achieve training objectives. •Liaise with external training providers including identification of course objectives and content and refer trainees to appropriate providers to ensure trainees receive maximum available assistance . •Follow up evaluation of training courses and trainees for on-job & external courses. •Prepare accurate and up-to-date training records to ensure all documentation is completed for all staff and maintain educational materials library. •Maintain database for training companies and institutes.
