Subject to varying needs of the office, key responsibilities will include: - Assist in organizing and coordinating client seminar/event/ workshop activities, including mailing lists and invitations. - Coordinate conference participation and speaking opportunities. - Gathers, organizes, maintains and updates the deals/matters databases for Cairo office practice and industry groups using the prescribed Firm formats. - Develop and maintain client mailing lists and contact lists - Coordinate distribution of client alerts and publications - Maintain and update office pages on intranet and external web site - Assist in the preparation of collateral materials (promotional kits) upon request to assist with client development efforts - Assist in the process for pitches and proposals, from initiation to implementation. - Assist in the development of practice and industry submissions to core legal directories, surveys and practice awards. - Assist in the preparation of press releases and coordinate their release in the local market - Assist and coordinate in the development of brochures, flyers, folders, newsletters, covers and spines
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required. - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a professional service environment. - Excellent English (reading and writing). - Excellent Computer skills Presentable, with excellent communication skills.
