Marketing manager for fast food brand - Responsible for developing a marketing plan and a target for the marketing department - Responsible for building a marketing department from scratch with a hierarchy and job descriptions for all marketing executives - Responsible for developing an integrated marketing communication plan to achieve the targeted profits - Responsible for strategic planning and tactics - Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader - Responsible for setting a marketing budget - Coordinating with all the company’s departments when necessary - Follow up with strategic plan implementation - Responsible for continuous development of the marketing plan - Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications - Making sure that campaigns run to deadline and are on budget
