Managing the day to day operation for IBF Program. -Interface for IBF with all governmental institutions (Hospitals, Banks, Doctors, and Schools etc.). -Managing new application / website development. -Recruiting new team members for program expansion plans. -Gather statistics and data to create various reports related to IBF program evaluation and fundraising. -Assist with event and program preparation, planning and execution. -Assist with programmatic administration and implementation. -Support the executive team in human resources and financial functions
Qualifications Qualified to Degree level or equivalent (Preferably medical or insurance sectors). -Analytical skills. -At least 5 years of experience in operation management. -Fluent in English. -Ability to work independently. -High work standards and quality. -Plans and organizes work effectively. -Strong communications-, listening- and interpersonal skills. -Good Customer service skills; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion
