Key responsibilities, amongst other things, will include: • Facilities management for the office • Renewal of various office licences, visas, residence permits etc with the local authorities and maintain a complete and accurate schedule of residence permits, expiry dates etc. • Filing and management of corporate contracts • Petty cash reporting and requesting of cash; issuing cheques to suppliers and working closely with Khalid Amoura, Regional Finance Manager based in Abu Dhabi • Maintain proper attendance record, including holiday planner/update records, absence and sickness reporting • Providing secretarial services to the partners and associates of the office, including diary management and appointments, and travel arrangements as and when required • Events support as and when required • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as, but not limited to, budget, personnel, records management, supplies and equipment • Compose, prepare, and process legal, general and confidential correspondence, including e-mail and faxes • Working closely and report to Regional HR Head based in the Abu Dhabi office.
