- Liaise with managers and test supervisors and technicians to identify and assess training and development needs - Compile a yearly plan for trainings - Deliver/oversee the delivery of training to supervisors and technicians - Supervise and monitor progress made via training programs - Transform the corporate strategy into requirements for processes and process management - Develop, document, maintain, and publish the process model of the Auto-Care organization - Assist in creating, and developing technical processes. - Assist in creating and developing all the documents related to NAC processes. - Support in the technical trainings. - Random visits to identify technical gaps in the implementation process & perform guidance to technical supervisors & location managers. - Random visit to the service centers to report on following processes & procedures on the technical & administration side to the operations director. - Evaluate functionality and reliability of the service centers’ equipment and tools by conferring with operating teams; identify problems and requirements - Liaise and manage relation with 3rd party equipment providers. - Maintain functionality and reliability of the service centers equipment and tools by overseeing implementation on a preventive maintenance program: through regular testing of systems and equipment; and through overseeing faulty equipment restoration, repair, rebuilding, or replacement.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or information technology. •Proven experience in product development is preferred, preferably in automotive field.
