Description - Consolidates the training needs extracted from the performance appraisal to prepare the training plan. - Implements Raya Holdings Training plan. - Maintains records of Training tracking and financials reports. - Keeping the HR System HITS up to date with all the training activities. - Managing relations with Training Providers and Funding agencies. - Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested. - Formulates training programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs. - Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees. - Coordinates established training courses with technical and professional courses. - Support in the Recruitment process. - Support in the Internal Communication function. - Prepare monthly reports including financial reports.
