Description Handling offers and letters. Effective handling of Admin work and extend needed data / support for Area team or other departments. Presenting requested business analysis from available data. Record /feedback on proposals. Record, follow up and update sheets (inquiry -client owner- service visit - Easiflo sheet- monthly meeting and feedback report). Maintain and update all documents filing. Check ST online program: (reviews service visit remarks for approval - check actual visit against planned) - follow up /handle the daily branch visit report comments - follow up /update clients data). Monitoring department recorded activities and communicate any observations to responsible. Assist in handling communications: Answer phone calls-faxes- take messages for management staff-note client requests- pass enquiries to the respective department

Qualifications Team player with strong communication skills. - Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive attitude. - Strong analytical skills - Keen to learn. - High organization skills/ multitasking.
