Description - Receives inquiries via email or phone, and responds to users by asking questions in order to determine the nature of the problem and spot the underlying issues and causes. - Advise users with solution to primary cases when possible. - Log the issue in to the Help Desk System Manage Engine , considering the priority of the request according to the Service Level agreement. - Assign the task to the concerned engineer. Provide the user with the completion date and time. - Follow up with users to ensure that issues have been resolved. Get feedback from users. - Run and compile reports to spot the common problems and escalate them to the CTO to find a solution to ensure users satisfaction. - Provides assistance in the understanding and interpretation of the City policies and procedures, as appropriate, and ensures that team members are in compliance with policy provisions and standards. - Ensure that resigned employees cycle is complete before the CTO signs the clearance forms. - Maintain calendars, schedules and travel arrangements for the IT team, also screening, analyzing, and responding to incoming correspondence. - Ensure all IT licenses and contracts are up to date. Follow up on IT dept engaged projects. - Maintaining day to day financial, purchasing and administrative work. Assist with preparation of the budget. - Manage the filing, storage and security of documents. - Prepare official letters and Memos required. - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
