Description Real Estate Customer Care Team Leader. Responsible for providing high standards of customer service to visitors bearing in mind varying levels of customers expectations. Responsible for developing an in depth understanding of the retail center to assist to any customer queries. coordinate between client and concerned departments in order to finish all requirements in shortest time & high quality. Responsible for resolving customer complaints & issues within the delegated level of authority. Provide support to the inter-departments at the Mall so as to provide management front line data to understand public opinion, gauge visitors experience or make business & marketing decisions. Provide basic level first aid services and emergency assistance to the customer

Qualifications faculty graduated. minimum 2 years experience, computer literature: excellent in MS. office ( word , excel, power point) outlook & internet
