Description - Meet with customers to support and grow sales volume - Provide leadership and guidance to our customer service, and export sales team - Ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments perfectly and smoothly - Work with company international agents - Work to develop new business and growth opportunities and manage volumes - Allocate new sales opportunities and actively solicit business from potential customers - Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to build credibility and become a trusted advisor with customers abroad - Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability - Respond promptly to customer complaints and look to find winning solutions
Qualifications - Bs.c. degree is a must, MBA is a plus - Proven record in leading sales and export teams - Experience in Business to business or packaging - Experience in doing business with international markets especially Africa, ME and Gulf - Travel abroad experience
