ABOUT THE ROLE
Supreme Service is fundamental at Careem, and we want to wow our captain's and customers every time! The purpose of the Operations Coordinator role is to assist the department in achieving excellent service levels for our Captains. This role involves working on shift basis and supporting captains on weekends

Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide support to our captains through inbound calls, answer queries, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
  • Manage and resolve captain complaints
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Provide excellent service 24/7
  • Comply with brand standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advance proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
