Description Prospecting, leads handling & applying needed sales techniques to sell the company projects with required targets as per the preset objectives & strategies. Principal Account abilities: - Achieve monthly / quarterly / annually sales target - upon required product mix - Full awareness or product knowledge, details and related SWOT analysis - Full awareness of contract clauses and related explanations - Work on developing strong prospects, clients & effective channels database - Approach of new sales channels / self generation of leads - Maintain a minimum accepted level of market competition awareness - Maintain needed skills for paper work & work related logistics Operating Environment: - Normal professional business environment with basic needs of personal workstations / meeting rooms / PCs / ACs / Needed stationary...etc. - Office working hours from 9 to 5 and sometimes meetings can be held after working hours - Dealing with different types of clients starting from A+ clients down to B & B- clients Framework, boundaries & Decision making: - Line manager monitoring on a regular daily basis or whenever needed as per all the assigned tasks - Job has no specific authority parameters but has to refer problems whenever needed

Qualifications - Bachelor graduate preferable English section Or International University graduate - 2-3 years of experience in sales function activities, preferably in multinational companies - High communication / negotiation skills - Language / computer / reporting skills - Self motivation, proactively, energetic and able to meet deadlines perfectly - Strong follow-up ability & flexibility to travel and work in a team of people with different backgrounds socially and academically - Fair awareness of all the job / field technicalities
