Description - Setting and applying the purchasing plans. - Providing all departments needs at the required time with the best price and quality. - Set, review and update the purchases policies and procedures. - Study the markets and the suppliers. - Set the evaluation rules for the suppliers and purchases. - Evaluate the current providers and gain new suppliers. - Update the suppliers lists continuously. - Study the annual purchases requests and compare it with the determined budgets and take decisions about it. - Review the sudden purchases orders and take decision about it. - Review the payments to suppliers and make sure they match with the agreements and payment policies and rules. - Coordinate with the other departments (Financial, Warehouse, ...) to finish the task efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications - BSc in a relevant major, Logistics or Business Administration are preferred. - Proven work experience in purchases management in Hospitals for not less than 5 years in a managerial position. - Excellent experience in Medical equipment, Devices and Medicine. - Experience in the Saudi market is an advance.

Other Skills - Excellent in MS Office Package. - Experience in dealing with ERPs. - Excellent Negotiation skills. - Communication skills. - Follow up skills.
