Description - Human Resources announcements: HR, Condolences, people communication and others. - Social Media and careers website coordination. - Time-sheet coordination. - Human Resources monthly report. - Interview appointment setting. - Human Resources follow up and report gathering. - Summer training coordination and register. - Training logistics and reporting. - Invoices settlement and follow up with finance. - Travel requests and any Human Resources related forms. - Department stationary. - Access cards printing and follow up. - Benefits and events registration if required. - Licenses, subscription and any registration follow up. - HR Manager personal assistance when required. - Join in any fairs and conferences if required. - Assist Human Resources team in data collection projects. - Control of HR data of employees on some internal systems. - Benefits backup if requested. Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen or forward calls, and take messages. - Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct them to specific destinations. - Communicate with Security Personnel to receive visitors ID card, take down visitors data and give out Visitors cards. - Monitor and control meeting rooms reservations. - Perform HR and Marketing administrative tasks and desk research as and when required. - Provide information about the establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in any discipline - HR Major or studies is an asset. 0-1 years experience preferably in the HR field
