Description Circulation Tasks: Manages the publications distribution process and ensures products are delivered to their proper locations in accordance with organizational deadlines. Supervises circulation and ensures quarterly-subscription results meet organizational goals. Coordinates with appropriate organizational leaders to create promotional activities aimed at increasing the publications subscription base Stays abreast of industry developments in regards to new publication delivery processes and innovative subscription strategies Manage subscriber and recipient information using two separate databases and coordinating the information between the two. Process subscription made via AmCham Website, Email, Directly (at events or committees) or Magazine Social Media websites. Manage Subscription renewal letters and reminders. Answer and field phone calls regarding subscription inquiries. Develops and implements circulation strategy; evaluates performance and generates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports analyzing results. Manages circulation budget. Compiles print order for each issue. Ad - Traffic: Work closely with Advertising Director to implement and receive all reserved Advertisements. Manage day-to-day advertising booking activities; issue Insertion Orders, and update related report-sheets accordingly. Follow-up with advertisers on artwork delivery before deadline. Get Art Departments approval on all artwork before Printing deadline. Prepare Advertisers Circulation Labels on monthly basis
Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills. Team Player. Bachelors Degree.
