Description      Core responsibilities: Responsible for the capability development of new and active employees in the corresponding region. Deliver training, design training materials, and manage capability certification and knowledge base to improve the employees service standardization and skills as well as enhance the overall team performance. Responsibility description: 1.Deliver new employee training in the corresponding region, help with on-board orientation, and facilitate knowledge sharing and skill learning through different training modes. 2.Develop training materials based on company notices as well as product knowledge and materials. Optimize and customize the training courses for a specific region or service team based on the training requests and capacity weaknesses. 3.Review and certify the employees capabilities in the corresponding region or service team. Monitor the coverage and the goal achievement of training. 4.Summarize the routine cases and upload them to the knowledge base. Guide the corresponding region or service team to output cases and conduct case review. Identify and correct the mistakes in the knowledge base.

Qualifications    Education Requirement: In principle, bachelor degree or above in electronics or related majors. Those who are particularly outstanding can only have a college degree. For Trainer (Experience Consultant), no major limited. For Trainer (Technical Consultant), electronics or related majors is required. Experience Requirement: For Trainer (Experience Consultant), at least one year experiences in training. Proven to have high potentials. For Trainer (Technical Consultant), at least one year experiences in training of communication and electronics product maintenance. Proven to have high potentials. 1. Good understanding of service personnel etiquette, standards, communication skills, and corresponding solutions. 2. Be able to train the trainees based on the training session materials released by the company, such as the announcements, knowledge, and mobile phone profiles. 3. Be able to hold training courses for new and full-time employees regularly.
