Description Core responsibilities: Oriented by customer satisfaction. Provide efficient and effective technical solutions. Rectify product failures based on Huawei standards in a timely manner. Responsible for customer satisfaction and the maintenance quality. Responsibility description: 1.Repair the products and maintain the repairing environment. 2.Identify the product issues in a fast and accurate manner and provide proper technical solutions. 3.Clarify the technical issues in a timely manner to win customers trust. 4.Rectify product faults pursuant to the Huawei standard process within the expected time and ensure the maintenance quality. 5.Give early warnings to the experience consultant and store manager about tasks that are likely to be delayed. 6.Provide on-site services for special requirements of the VIPs and other customers. 7.Share service experiences and output service cases to help the employees with their training and growth.
Qualifications Education Requirement: In principle, college degree or above in electronics or equivalent majors. Those who are particularly outstanding can only have a technical degree or high school degree. Experience Requirement: For college degree, at least one year experience in communication and electronics product maintenance. Those who are recruited from school and proven to have high potentials can have no experience. For technical degree or high school degree, at least three year experience in communication and electronics product maintenance. 1. Good understanding of the post-sales service business and relevant maintenance knowledge about communication electronics products. 2. Be able to identify product faults and provide solutions to the problems raised by the consumers.
