Description -Handling all Service Requests related to AD, DNS, DHCP, SharePoint, Gmail Administration and file service according to IT SLA -Perform extensive troubleshooting on the above mentioned services as well as providing clear and descriptive resolution for the users. -Handle system generated Systems management alerts that may include: Replication errors. DNS resolution. Service interruptions -Provide infrastructure support for peers applications such as Student information systems -Responsible for documenting all actions taken or needed in incidents and service requests. -Responsible for creating or updating documents in the internal know error database to ensure proper knowledge transfer across team members. Responsible for swift and proper communication is sent in case of critical incidents to ensure all involved and affected parties are informed. Continuously participating in Identifying technical improvements to decrease any administrative overhead. Continuously participating in improving the internal processes to increase the overall efficiency and decrease the response and resolution times. Working closely with the first line to ensure the agreed on processes are followed and discuss key areas of improvement through tailoring reports and providing easy to use work instructions. Participate actively in platform/application installation/design/upgrade plans and execution. Participate as well in the integration/consolidation projects The below reports are produced on regular basis, its improvement is a key responsibility for the engineer to ensure best analysis for workloads according to service and engineer; as well as tracking the teams position from the KPI. Service Availability SLAs compliance. Statistical analysis. (Effort analysis, Quality analysis and utilization reports)
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Experience in Microsoft infrastructure technologies Administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, File server, Sharepoint, Systems Management; mainly SCCM & SCOM): o Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows OS administration tasks (Win 2008/2012/2012R2). o Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Client OS (Win XP, 7,8 ,8.1). o Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, DHCP, DNS and CA o Working knowledge of server hardware (RAID, clustering, virtualization, etc.) o Awareness of Microsoft monitoring solution SCOM. o Extensive experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013. o Extensive experience with Microsoft System Center Family (SCCM) o Awareness of Microsoft Office 365. Strong troubleshooting skills on the above products. MCSE Server Infrastructure, MCSA Windows Server, MCSA Office 365, MCSE SharePoint and MCTS SCCM is a plus. ITIL Foundation background is a plus. Experience in Gmail Administration.
